Three Acne Home Treatment Options to Kill Acne In Its Tracks

Acne treatments are oftentimes very expensive, and if you can't afford to pay for treatments like microdermabrasion, chemical peels, or laser, you're probably trying to find an acne home treatment you can use instead.  

Some acne home treatments work just as well as professional dermatology treatments, and even though you'll probably have to apply the treatments every day as opposed to once every few months, they can still be a better option.

Vitamin C Peel: Vitamin C is one of the best treatments for acne, but you can't really just grind up a bunch of Vitamin C tablets and plaster them all over your face.  A better way to make a Vitamin C peel is by grinding fresh orange peels into water and making a paste out of it.  Keep it on your face until it dries and starts to flake off; rinse off and dry with a soft, clean washcloth.  

2. Garlic Peel: Garlic is a pungent herbal remedy that can give you positive results with your acne.  Garlic often comes in a minced liquid at the grocery store; pick some of this up, dab a little on your finger and rub it around your zits.  Leave the remainder to dry and then wash it off.  Don't leave it on for more than an hour.

3. Drink Natural Juices: You might have heard of the ***** juice; drinking some of this, especially the flavors that contain wheatgrass, can help prevent acne before it even surfaces on your face.  After all, your diet is one of the most important things you must take into account when trying to heal your acne.
