acne is based on eating a healthy diet and exercise. it’s actually very simple to get rid of once you understand nutrition.
cut out all dairy as well will help with skin problems, and, not to forget, cut out smoking…there are many other things, like a clogged digestive system, but the main problem is that your skin is being suffocated and it’s due to poor health and lifestyle

I wake up at 6 every day besides weekends. Five lifting sessions a week mon-fri and cardio on weekends, if i may say so myself, I am very fit. And the stress is a given…because of the acne.
cause u still sleep late and u got stress, u didnt exercise

I eat healthy, fast food maybe twice a month. I wash my face twice a day with M.D. Forte for about three months now. I don’t pop them, i dont mess with them. No luck here…fuck acne -_-
because it’s something that those salespeople do. they get in this “mood” and tell fake stories about “real-life clients”. they laugh to make it seem like they are pleased that the customers come back to their stuff because it supposedly “works” and are astonished by feedback of clients. it’s something to do with phsycology (getting actions to persued clients’ brains) when people can clearly see that these assholes are either nervous or trying to hide some type of “disfunction” in the product.

I believe everything this guy says. I stopped eating dairy foods when i was younger because I would always get constipation and diharrea. One day i stopped caring about getting sick to my stomach and started eating whatever I wanted. Now I have skin problems and now Eczema

hey, just some simple advice. Get outside a lot, substitute water for sugary drinks, try to eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. Hope things get better.

i have acne and scars myself, and ive read about many ”natural” ways to cure them, or atleast make them better.
one way is to buy an aloe plant.every day rip a leaf off and put the jelly like stuff on your face, its suppost to be good for skin problems =)
another one is apple cider vinegar. you can make a toner out of one part apple cider vinegar, and two parts water.make sure to delute it enough so it wont make your skin sting alittle=)
