Pimples and acne can be embarrassing. Trying to get rid of pimples acne can be frustrating and a hassle. What's even more frustrating is trying to figure out what cause pimples and acne. So, what I'm going to do is share with you some causes of pimples acne.

The causes of pimples acne are:

1. Having oily skin is one cause of pimples and acne. When your face is oily, your are at risk of clogging your pores. So, make sure you wash your face at least 2 times a day. Use glycerin or sorbitol soap. I recommend using neutrogena.

If your face is dry, drink plenty of water. Drinking 8 glasses per day will help.

2. Another cause of pimples acne is touching your face a lot. If you touch your face with dirty and oily hands, you will irritate your skin. This will cause your face to breakout. Also, don't scratch your pimples and acne. I know that sometimes they can itch, but don't scratch.

This will make the spread.

3. Eating fast foods and junk foods are other causes of pimples and acne. Try avoiding foods that are high in saturated fats, sugar, and vegetable oils. An example of these foods are chocolates, chips, cookies, cakes, fast food burger and fries, and other junk foods.

Eating these foods will cause your hormones to become imbalance and it will spike your insulin. That's why you breakout from eating those foods.

These are the causes of pimples acne. If you have pimples and acne, you need to do something about it. If you don't, your pimples and acne will become worse. They could even spread over your body, including your chest and back.
