Acne can affect people of different ages but the most affected group will be the teenagers. This is the group that is just emerging into the real world where they really start to interact with others from the same or the opposite ***. Gently apply an anti acne medication on the face early in the morning and before bed. A good one would be benzoyl peroxide. The P. Acne bacteria cannot live in an oxygen rich environment. So what this medication does is to introduce oxygen into the pores thereby killing the bacteria. The preparation also gets rid of the dead skin cells. Therefore the pores are not blocked.

Get enough sleep at night so that the body can start its nocturnal work of repair, toxin disposal and rejuvenation. That is why we become fresh in the morning after having had a good night sleep.
